SMP Silicon Modified PE Pre Painted Steel Coil Sheet For Constrction Building
1. Description
PPGI steel coil is to paint on the galvanized steel base materials in order to prevent the materials from rust, which is more reliable than hot dip galvanized steel coils. Prepainted galvanized steel coil is produced by the process of painting organic coating on the both sides of galvanized steel surfaces, usually with primer plus paint on top and back with primer according to customer’s different requirements.
2. SMP Features
Silicon resin specialized in good color retension and heat resistance, the durability, coating hardness, wear resistance would be better with the PE and Silicon resin modified reaction, which not suitable for many times of processing.
The corrosion resistant time would be over 10 years.
SMP color-coated steel sheet is suitable for sand areas.
